Design of 2 types of building. First, the Apartment building consist of 5 floors where the first one is mixed with commercial use and also offer acess to private garden fo flat owners. under apartment building there are two floors for parking for whole block ( 164 parking places ).Facade is made from blac bricks cladding and towards the square it has special net with green wall situated on the place where is staircase.Floors are the same - 2 3-bedroom flats and one 1-bedroom flats and disposition is designed for comfortable modern living.

     Second type of housing -townhouses. I designed two similar neighbour townhouses with different disposition but same idea. they also have different facade material solution but both are divided into three floors where on the 1st floor is meant for garrage and office as well as contact with garden, second is more social space - kitchen, big living room with library and balcony, bathroom, and the third floor is mainly for night part - bedrooms, luxury bathroom, huge balcony.
